U.S. General Services Administration

The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is an 8(a) set-aside multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for information technology products and services. The contract is widely used to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government. The use of this contract vehicle allows federal agencies to receive socio-economic procurement preference credit for their purchases.
