Duties
and Responsibilities:
This Position is part of
the FEMA Operational TEAM and will serve as a Billing Analyst and Disaster
Support Specialist. Perform work needed
for the overall Telecom OPS TEAM such as Billing Reconciliation, Provisioning,
Customer Support Desk Functions and other. Some local and out of state travel
will be required. Disaster support
includes but is not limited to order processing and associated billing
reconciliation as well as On Disaster Site wireless and satellite device
activation. Must be able to work some weekend and nights for disaster support.
OPS TEAM Hours of Operation: 7:30am – 8pm with “on call” schedule for evening
and weekends.
Qualifications:
·
2-3 years Telecom Experience working
with Wireline, Wireless devices and Satellite devices and services
·
Business Administration
experience
·
Solid Microsoft Office Suite /
including advanced Excel
·
Broad Understanding of Ordering and
Billing processing
·
Knowledgeable about the data
requirements of Ordering and Billing
·
Strong knowledge of tracking order
to fulfillment (customer acceptance and signoff)
·
Great phone etiquette and
verbal and written communication skills (Required)
·
Excellent Excel Skill
(V-Look up, Pivot Tables etc.) (Required)
·
Ability to multi-task and
respond to ever changing demands (Required)
·
Analytical and problem solving skills
·
Reporting skills
