Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of proven full life cycle
recruitment and selection experience. In this position the incumbent will
work closely with hiring managers to determine requirements, publish positions
using multiple resources and guide the interview process to select the most
qualified candidates.

Serve as the primary contact to our hiring managers to
effectively fill vacancies
·
Schedule and coordinate interviews, perform candidate reviews
and arrange open houses.
·
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations,
tracking and reporting of information to assure accuracy of filings and remain
current on changing legal requirements.
·
Evaluate trends in sourcing, equal opportunity employment and
costs per hire and provide recommendations to improve processes
·
Engage in projects and investigate new sourcing programs that
quickly and efficiently meet our customers’ needs.
Qualifications:
·
Experience working in a fast paced technical environment
recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
·
Experience in the government marketplace, technology and
contracting is highly desired.
·
Exposure to on-line recruitment, HRIS and resume storage
tools.
·
Candidates must be able to communicate with all levels of
personnel; be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with the ability
to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
