Kim Logan joined 1 Source Consulting, Inc. in July of 2001 as Comptroller in charge of the Accounting Department. In early 2004, Kim was promoted to Vice President of Operations with oversight of Human Resources, Contracts Administration, Accounting, and Office Administration. In July 2006, Kim was promoted to President. As the President, Kim plans and directs all aspects of 1 Source Consulting's operational policies, objectives, initiatives, and develops policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.
In early 2007, she launched a diversity initiative mandated by the CEO, to create "barrier busters" to increase retention and recruitment, improve accountability, and ensure higher probabilities for a healthy work environment and diverse workforce.
Kim possesses 17+ previous years Operations Management experience, as well as a B.S. in Business Management and a M.S. in Administrative Management from Bowie State University. She is currently a member of the American Management Association (AMA), Washington, DC chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Women in Technology (WIT), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Treasurer of the Women's Professional Forum at the City Club Washington, DC.
