William R. Teel, Jr. founded 1 Source in April 1999 with the vision of building a strategic IT services and management consulting firm focused on helping clients “create synergy between business demands and technology solutions.” Since that time, 1 Source has assisted clients in optimizing business operations, performing more efficiently and effectively with available resources, and achieving business and mission objectives through the appropriate application of information systems and technology.
On December 5, 2005, the U.S. Department of Energy awarded EES, LLC, a small business joint venture between majority owner 1 Source Consulting and RHRT Holdings, a 7-year, $1 billion dollar A-76 IT support contract. The DOE IT Support Services contract was one of the largest federal IT service contracts ever awarded to a small business. 1 Source, through our joint venture, has successfully scaled our operations and infrastructure to respond efficiently and effectively to meet all requirements of this high-profile IT support services effort. In addition to DOE, our Federal Government customers span the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Transportation.
