This phenomenal rate of expansion was accomplished by the award of a 7-year, $1 billion dollar DOE IT support contract through Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC (EES), a small business joint venture between majority owner 1 Source Consulting and RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS). The DOE IT Support Services contract was one of the largest federal IT service contracts ever awarded to a small business. 1 Source Consulting, through the joint venture, has successfully scaled its operations and infrastructure to respond efficiently and effectively to meet all requirements of this high-profile IT support services effort.
